Discord Bot Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you install, access, or use any Discord bot operated by Teafication (the “Bot”). The Bot is a small personal project that may also be made available to others. By using it, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines.

Please use the Bot only where you are allowed to do so. You must meet Discord’s minimum-age requirements, have permission to use the server or channel in question, and follow the rules set by the server owner or moderators. If a server administrator asks the Bot to leave, please let it go gracefully.

You may not use the Bot to harass people, invade privacy, spam, break the law, bypass Discord safeguards, collect credentials, or disrupt Discord or anyone else’s service. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information through a command. The Bot is helpful, not a vault.

The Bot is provided as a hobby project and may change, pause, or disappear for maintenance, experiments, or a well-earned tea break. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Bot behaving as described, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

You remain responsible for anything you submit to the Bot. You give Teafication permission to process command inputs only as needed to run the requested feature, maintain the Bot, and handle abuse or reliability issues. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Teafication is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

We may update these Terms when the Bot changes or the law requires it. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions about the Bot or these Terms can be sent to support@teafication.com.
